*L'Orto Botanico di Pavia compie 250 anni!*

L’Università di Pavia si appresta pertanto a festeggiare il suo orto
botanico con *“Orto in festa”*, una serie di eventi e percorsi culturali
comprendenti conferenze, lezioni con taglio divulgativo, laboratori, visite
ed escursioni rivolti a un pubblico differenziato per età, interessi e
competenze. *La Biblioteca dell'Orto Botanico organizza una mostra di libri
botanici antichi nella splendida Sala Flore *e propone delle visite guidate
su prenotazione in orari da definire nelle giornate di *sabato 23 e
domenica 24 settembre. *

La mostra permanente “Carte in Orto: i percorsi”, porta il visitatore,
percorrendo gli spazi allestiti della biblioteca, alla scoperta della
storia del libro e della stampa, dell’illustrazione naturalistica, degli
strumenti per la didattica dei secoli passati, e del libro antico.

La visita guidata è gratuita, ma è necessario prenotare scrivendo a:

*Pavia’s  Botanical Garden 250 years Anniversary!*

*The University of Pavia is therefore preparing to celebrate its botanical
garden with "Orto in festa", a series of events and cultural routes
including lectures, popular style lessons, workshops, visits and excursions
aimed at a differentiated audience by age, interests and skills. The Orto
Botanico Library organizes an exhibition of ancient botanical books in the
amazing Sala Flore and offers guided tours by appointment at times to be
defined on Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 September.The permanent exhibition
"Carte in Orto: i percorsi", takes visitors, through the spaces set up in
the library, to discover the history of  book and print, the naturalistic
illustration, past centuries tools for teaching, and the ancient book.The
guided tour is free, but you must book writing to: bst a unipv.it
