<p dir="ltr">I am writing regarding my PhD course. I have been
admitted for PhD without scholarship for academic year 2015/2016
in Electronic engineering. Since I have received an Email from
PhD school that I need to define my tutor and the study
activity while currently I don't have tutor, I appreciate you
help me to deal with this issue. I attached my Cv to this Email.</p>
