[Collegio.dottmicr] PhD in Microelectronics - yearly student evaluation

Dear Colleagues,

as agreed upon during the last meeting of the board, we have to decide 
on the meeting dates for the committees for the yearly evaluation of the 
activity of first and second year students, moving on to the second and 
third year respectively, and of third year students, to be admitted to 
the final defense. As we did last year, we will have two formally 
separate committees, one for first and second year students (for which I 
will serve as the chair), the other for third year students (chaired by 
Andrea Mazzanti). Each committee will include all the school board 
members, or at least the largest possible number of them. The two 
committees will meet in two different dates (or two different half days)

you will find a poll with a few options. Please fill it in at your 
earliest convenience, so that we can rapidly converge to the final dates 
and start drafting an agenda for the committee meetings.

Note that the committee for third year students will need to meet again 
a couple of times, tentatively once towards the end of November and 
another time at the beginning of next year, to evaluate overall three 
more students who briefly suspended their activity in the past and/or 
asked for some extra time to complete their work.
