- final agenda attached; there are no changes compared with the last 
version I circulated;

- link to the meeting, valid for anyone (student or committee member) 
who cannot participate in person, and for all three days:

- VERY IMPORTANT: please prepare your presentation taking into account 
the allotted time: 15 minutes for 2nd-year students and 25 minutes for 
3rd-year students; we will make sure that everyone sticks to the 
scheduled time;

- please send me your presentation no later than the day before your 
scheduled talk, so that we can avoid wasting time switching laptops or 
dealing with technical issues.
