Gentili dottorande, gentili dottorandi,

trasmettiamo, in allegato alla presente, gli adempimenti relativi alla
presentazione della domanda di esame finale, in vista dell’imminente
conclusione del vostro percorso dottorale.
Ricordiamo che, come previsto dal Decreto Ministeriale 226/2021 all’Art. 7
c. 8, per *“comprovati motivi che non consentono la presentazione della
tesi di dottorato nei tempi previsti”* il dottorando può richiedere una
proroga del corso fino a un massimo di 12 mesi, senza sostegno economico.
La richiesta dovrà essere approvata dal Collegio dei docenti competente.

the thesis defense, in view of the imminent conclusion of your doctoral
program.*

*We remind you that, as written in the Ministerial Decree 226/2021 in Art.
7 para. 8, for "proven reasons that do not allow the submission of the
doctoral thesis within the prescribed time" the PhD student can request an
extension of the program up to a maximum of 12 months, without financial
support. The request must be approved by the Academic Board. Further
