First, if you haven't already done so, please enter the correct bank data again in your Personal Area (Home > Personal data > Reimbursement information) to ensure future payments are made on the right account. Then, since last month?s payment was credited in your Ateneo+ card (BPER bank account), you can make a bank transfer to your personal account, free of charge. To do so, you must download the bank app (BPER) and log in. In case of problems while accessing your Ateneo+ account, please find below some indication on how to get assistance from BPER staff: *Students can access the "Trouble logging in?" ("Problemi di accesso?" in > Italian) feature, available on both the app and the web version.
