<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:4pt 0cm;text-align:justify;line-height:normal"><font face="tahoma, sans-serif">di seguito alcune informazioni di carattere pratico
relative alla Cerimonia di proclamazione dei dottori e delle
dottoresse di ricerca, che si terrà <b>martedì 25 marzo</b> in Aula
Magna.</font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:4pt 0cm;text-align:justify;line-height:normal"><font face="tahoma, sans-serif">La cerimonia, come da programma in allegato, <b>avrà
inizio alle ore 10.00</b> e i diplomi saranno consegnati a partire dalle
ore 11.20 circa. Al momento della consegna dei diplomi, ciascuno/a di voi sarà
chiamato/a dal Consigliere della rispettiva macroarea di riferimento; il
Rettore vi consegnerà il diploma. Prima che torniate a sedervi, lo staff della
UOC vi porgerà il contenitore per il diploma a forma di tubo: vi invitiamo a
non tornare al vostro posto senza averlo ritirato.</font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:4pt 0cm;text-align:justify;line-height:normal"><font face="tahoma, sans-serif">Ricordo che il giorno della cerimonia <b>non sarà
possibile ritirare diplomi altrui su delega</b>.</font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:4pt 0cm;text-align:justify;line-height:normal"><font face="tahoma, sans-serif">I dottori che hanno aderito alla cerimonia occuperanno
i posti adiacenti al corridoio centrale, raggruppati per corso di
dottorato, <b>come da mappa allegata</b>. Vi chiediamo quindi di
presentarvi con circa 20 minuti di anticipo in modo che abbiate il tempo di
disporvi nei <b>posti riservati per il vostro corso</b>. Non è possibile
riservare posti per gli accompagnatori, che potranno accomodarsi nei posti
liberi sulle panche.</font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:4pt 0cm;text-align:justify;line-height:normal"><font face="tahoma, sans-serif">Al termine della cerimonia si terrà il consueto
rinfresco nei Saloni del Rettorato, a cui siete tutti invitati.</font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:4pt 0cm;text-align:justify;line-height:normal"><font face="tahoma, sans-serif">Sarà presente un fotografo incaricato dall'Ateneo; non appena le
foto saranno disponibili vi informerò via mail. La cerimonia sarà

PhD Graduates,</font></i></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:4pt 0cm;text-align:justify;line-height:normal"><i><font face="tahoma, sans-serif">Please find below some practical information regarding
the Doctoral Award Ceremony, which will be held on Tuesday, March 25 in the
Aula Magna.</font></i></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:4pt 0cm;text-align:justify;line-height:normal"><i><font face="tahoma, sans-serif">The ceremony, as per the attached program,
will begin at 10.00 am and the diplomas will be delivered starting from 11:20
approximately. At the time of delivery of the diplomas, each of you will be
called by the Councilor of the respective macro-area; the Rector will deliver you
the diploma. Before you sit down again, the UOC staff will hand you the diploma
container: we ask you not to return to your seat without collecting it.</font></i></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:4pt 0cm;text-align:justify;line-height:normal"><i><font face="tahoma, sans-serif">Please remember that on the day of the
ceremony<b> it will not be possible to collect diplomas on behalf of other
PhD graduates.</b></font></i></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:4pt 0cm;text-align:justify;line-height:normal"><i><font face="tahoma, sans-serif">The doctors who participated in the ceremony
will occupy the first rows of the stalls, divided by PhD program, as per the
attached map. We ask you to arrive approximately 20 minutes early so that you
have time to occupy the seats reserved for your course. It is not possible to
reserve seats for guests, who can sit in the free places on the benches. </font></i></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:4pt 0cm;text-align:justify;line-height:normal"><i><font face="tahoma, sans-serif">At the end of the ceremony, the usual refreshment
will be held in the Rector's Halls, to which you are all invited.</font></i></p>
