<div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div><font face="verdana, sans-serif">Dear PhD Student,</font></div><div><font face="verdana, sans-serif"><br>We were recently informed that a problem arose during the change of the University bank: without our knowledge, <b>PhD students' Ateneo+ bank accounts were set by default for the scholarship payment, replacing the bank data entered by each student.</b> We are very sorry for the inconvenience, as we understand this is causing issues to many of you in accessing your funds.<br>First, if you haven't already done so, please enter the correct bank data again in your Personal Area (Home > Personal data > Reimbursement information) to ensure future payments are made on the right account. Then, since last month’s payment was credited in your Ateneo+ card (BPER bank account), you can make a bank transfer to your personal account, free of charge. To do so, you must download the bank app (BPER) and log in.
