Gentilissimi,

Il team di MyPhDMentor vorrebbe informare gli studenti del corso di
dottorato che il programma di mentoring che portiamo avanti continua e che
stiamo accogliendo iscrizioni per un secondo round di matching.

MyPhDMentor è una iniziativa di mentoring rivolta al mondo del Dottorato,
che si propone di favorire lo scambio di esperienze e creare un ampio
network di sostegno intergenerazionale. Il progetto ha l’obiettivo di
migliorare l’esperienza di Dottorato e favorire la crescita personale,
emotiva e professionale di tutti i partecipanti. Ciò è reso possibile
attraverso la creazione di coppie di mentor/mentee tra aspiranti
dottorandi, dottorandi e Dottori di ricerca di diversi atenei in diversi
paesi.

Il progetto, gestito da un gruppo di volontari, è ufficialmente partito a
Febbraio 2021 con la creazione delle prime coppie mentor/mentee. Nuove
coppie verranno formate nelle prossime settimane e per questo motivo stiamo
cercando persone interessate a partecipare a quest’iniziativa come mentors
o mentees.

MyPhDMentor si rivolge a dottorandi alle prese con le prime attività di
studio e ricerca, che sentono il bisogno di confrontarsi con dottorandi più
esperti o Dottori di ricerca, ma anche a chi sta per concludere il
Dottorato e vorrebbe condividere la propria esperienza con altri che
vogliono intraprendere lo stesso percorso. Per iscriversi a My PhD Mentor

To whom it may concern,

The MyPhDMentor team would like to inform the PhD students that the
mentoring program we started is ongoing, and that people can now sign up
for a second round of matching.

MyPhDMentor is a mentoring project for PhDs, which aims to encourage the
exchange of experiences and create a wide intergenerational support
network. The project wishes to improve the PhD experience and promote the
personal, emotional, and professional growth of all participants. This is
made possible through the creation of mentor/mentee couples between
aspiring PhD students, PhD students and PhD graduates from different
universities in different countries.

The project, managed by a group of volunteers, started officially in
February 2021 with the creation of the first mentor/mentee couples. New
couples will be formed in the upcoming weeks and for this reason we are
searching people interested in taking part in this initiative as mentors or
mentees.

MyPhDMentor addresses PhD student struggling with their first study and
research activities, who need to confront themselves with someone with more
experience. Also, it is direct to people who have already completed their
PhD program and would you like to share their experience with new PhDs. It
