lunch seminars, *Pav-IA*, hosted by the SIAM Student Chapter of Pavia.


*This will be the last talk before we take a short break for the Christmas

   - *Title: *PINNs and its Application to Continuous Opinion Models.


   - *Speaker*: Horacio Tettamanti.


   - *Description*: In this talk we will first introduce Opinion Models

   and some of its recent applications. Specifically, we will introduce a
   specific Opinion Model whose evolution is dictated by a partial
   differential equation that presents blow-up behaviour. We will present the
   results obtained when approximating this type of equations through the use
   of Physics-Informed Neural Networks

   and compare the results obtained with classical numerical methods such as
   Runge-Kutta methods.
