Dear all,

We would like to invite you to our *next appointment* of the series of
seminars "Insalate di Matematica". *Chiara Sabadin* (Universität Regensburg
and Women in Mathematics Regensburg) will give a special talk focusing on
diversity and inclusion in mathematics.
The speaker will deliver the talk *in presence* and the meeting will also
be broadcasted *online* (see below for more information).

Here the details:

*Date and time*: *11th of June 2025, 11:00 am (CEST) (Notice the unusual
time!)*

*Title*: "Insalata Mista is always the best way"

*Abstract*: In this talk we will focus on some current issues regarding
diversity and inclusivity in mathematics, with a particular attention to
the gender affected ones. Based on a survey done in May 2025 among math PhD
students and more advanced positions-holders throughout Europe and on some
related research, the talk will provide powerful insights on the topic,
leading the participants to related discussions.

*About WiM:* WiM Regensburg is a group dedicated to fostering an inclusive
and supportive environment for women mathematicians so that to bridge the
gender gap in the field of mathematics.

*Information to attend in room 3014*
The seminar will take place in room 3014, at the building U5-Ratio,
Università degli Studi di Milano Bicocca.
