[Dottorcomp] Torneo green volley (ENGLISH BELOW)

Cari tutti,

Per il terzo anno consecutivo, i dottorandi del dipartimento di matematica
organizzano un torneo di "green volley", una competizione amatoriale aperta
a tutti i membri del dipartimento, dagli studenti ai professori. Qui sotto
il messaggio con tutte le informazioni.

*TORNEO GREEN VOLLEY DIMAT - 3rd edition*

📅 Quando: sabato 7 Giugno, in caso ci sia brutto tempo rimandiamo a sabato
14 Giugno. Il torneo durerà tutta la giornata (tenetevi liberi e
preparatevi a faticare). Sarà garantito un numero minimo di partite per
tutte le squadre.

📍 Dove: parco della Vernavola, Pavia (PV). La posizione precisa sarà
comunicata ai capitani di ogni squadra il giorno stesso.

💸 Contributo: 4€ a testa, da versare per rendere effettiva l'iscrizione al
torneo(Vedi regolamento allegato). I soldi verranno usati per acquistare i
palloni, un kit d'emergenza, bibite per tutti ed i fantastici premi per i
vincitori e tutto il budget che rimane andrà in spritz . Il pranzo è
escluso.

🫱🏼‍🫲🏽 Squadre: potete formare squadre di minimo 4, massimo 7 persone.
In campo si giocherà in 4, con le usuali rotazioni nel caso la squadra
avesse più di 4 giocatori. Sarà consentito al massimo un giocatore per
squadra non studente presso il Dipartimento di Matematica di Pavia (a.k.a
c.d.l. in Matematica o AI)

penseremo noi a trovarvi una squadra.

🥇 Finalissima: Stiamo pensando di fare una finalissima cross-over con il
dipartimento di fisica, alla quale parteciperà la prima squadra
calssificata al nostro torneo. La finalissima sarà con le regole della
pallavolo classica. Al termine del torneo i vincitori avranno tutte le
informazioni necessarie.

Dear all,

For the third year in a row, the PhD students of the Department of
Mathematics are organizing a "green volley" tournament — a friendly
competition open to all members of the department, from students to
professors.
Below is the message with all the details.
We hope to see many of you there!


*GREEN VOLLEY DIMAT TOURNAMENT – 3rd Edition*
📅 When: Saturday, June 7th. In case of bad weather, the tournament will be
postponed to Saturday, June 14th. It will last the entire day (keep your
schedule free and get ready to sweat!). Every team is guaranteed a minimum
number of matches.

📍 Where: Vernavola Park, Pavia (PV). The exact location will be shared
with the team captains on the day of the tournament.

💸 Fee: €4 per person, to be paid in order to confirm your registration
(see the attached rules). The money will be used to buy balls, an emergency
kit, drinks for everyone, and the amazing prizes for the winners, any
remaining budget will be used to buy spritz. Lunch is not included.

🫱🏼‍🫲🏽 Teams: Teams can consist of a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 7
players. Matches will be played 4 vs 4, with regular rotations if a team
has more than 4 players. Each team may include at most one player who is
not a student from UNIPV Math Department (i.e., Bachelor’s or Master’s in
Mathematics or AI).

captain, we need their phone number to add them to the WhatsApp group where
all further information will be shared.
If you don’t have a team, you can still sign up at the same link as an
individual player, we’ll find a team for you.

🥇 Final Match: We’re planning a crossover final with the Physics
Department, where the top-ranked team from our tournament will compete.
This final match will follow standard volleyball rules. The winning team
will receive all the necessary details at the end of the tournament.
