Dear all,

For the next appointment of the seminar series "Insalate di Matematica", we
are pleased to invite you to a *special event *organized on the occasion of
the “Women in Mathematics” day.

On 12th of May, 5 pm (CET) we will host a cineforum featuring the
documentary *"Picture a Scientist", *which will be screened in presence.

"Picture a Scientist" is a documentary film that explores the systemic
challenges faced by women in the sciences and the efforts to create a more
diverse, equitable, and inclusive research environment. Through personal
narratives and expert insights, the film sheds light on structural barriers
within the scientific community and highlights pathways toward meaningful
change.

The event will take place at the building U9-Koinè, Università degli Studi
di Milano-Bicocca; room U9-08.
