This process involves the solution of a multi-physics problem, which considers on one side the coronary vessels and on the other side the heart tissue. The presentation will be divided into three parts: In the first one, I will present the relevant aspects arising from the well-posedness analysis of a linearized poromechanics model at both continuous and discrete levels. In the second one, I will present our recent progress in splitting schemes for the same linearized problem (collab. with Both, Radu), and in the third part I will present a novel cardiac perfusion model based on nonlinear poromechanics, where particular focus is given to constitutive modeling. This model is capable of reproducing physiological behavior, most notably it exhibits the systolic impediment phenomenon, which refers to the reduced blood flow into the heart during contraction.</span><br style="font-size:16.1562px"><br style="font-size:16.1562px"><br style="font-size:16.1562px"><span style="font-size:16.1562px">La S.V. è cordialmente invitata.</span></div>
