The course consists of 24 hours of lectures in presence with laboratories (<i>Python, AnyLogic, ProM</i>). It will also be possible to follow the course online (Zoom).<br><br><i>The course aims to offer students an overview of operations research and management science methodologies for supporting complex decisions affected by uncertainty. Theoretical elements of optimization, simulation, and data science will be flanked by examples of real-life applications, with an eye to healthcare management.</i><br><br>Lectures are scheduled in <b>Laboratorio Informatico</b> of Dipartimento di Matematica "F.
