Cari tutti,

sembra che l'ascensore sia stato riparato (ho visto il tecnico ripararlo
stamattina, ma non ho parlato di persona con lui), *tuttavia* questo
pomeriggio l'ho trovato bloccato al secondo piano con le porte
aperte. Sembra che abbia ripreso a funzionare correttamente, ma nel dubbio
riapro un ticket segnalando il problema.

Dear all,

It appears that the elevator has been repaired (I saw a technician working
on it this morning, though I did not have the opportunity to speak with him
directly). *However*, I found the elevator stuck on the second floor with
the doors open this afternoon. While it now seems to be functioning
correctly, I am reopening a support ticket to report this recurring issue
as a precaution.
