[Genetica-dbb] Anomalia nel sistema di condizionamento

Cari tutti,

c'è un problema con i telecomandi che controllano il condizionamento, la
maggior parte sono tutti revertiti su inverno. ho già aperto un ticket
urgente per chiedere un intervento tempestivo, sperando che non sia un
problema simile a quello del Botta 2. Vi tengo aggiornati, nel frattempo vi
chiedo la cortesia di non fare richiesta di apertura ticket per questo
problema.

There is an issue with the air conditioning remote controls; most of them
have reverted to winter mode. I have already opened an urgent ticket to
request prompt assistance, hoping it isn't a similar issue to the one at
Botta 2. I will keep you updated. In the meantime, I kindly ask you not to
request any further tickets for this problem.
