Carissimi,

vi scrivo perché stiamo programmando le attività del prossimo anno
accademico e tra queste, sicuramente, vorremmo inserire una giornata/un
weekend dedicato all’accoglienza dei nuovi ammessi, che ne pensate?

Ci aiutate a costruire il programma di queste giornate?

Visto che ad alcuni di voi mancano ancora poche ore per raggiungere il monte
ore richiesto ho pensato che potremmo programmare un incontro, anche su Zoom
per chi è lontano, utile sia per recuperare le ultime ore formative che vi
mancano che per pensare insieme ad un programma ben definito sulla base di
una bozza che abbiamo messo a punto in questi giorni.

Fatemi avere un vostro riscontro in modo da potervi poi proporre un
incontro.

I am writing to you because we are planning next academic year's activities
and among them we would certainly like to include a day/weekend dedicated to
welcoming new admitted students, what do you think?

Can you help us build the program for these days?

Since some of you are still a few hours away from reaching the required
number of hours, I thought we could schedule a meeting, even on Zoom for
those who are far away, useful both to catch up on the last training hours
that you are missing and to think together on a well-defined program based
on a draft that we have been finalizing these days.
