Carissimi,

vi informo che l’Ufficio segreteria della Residenza chiuderà venerdì 2
agosto e riaprirà lunedì 19 agosto e, per tutto il periodo 19/08-30/08,
esclusi i sabati e le domeniche, osserverà l’orario 8.30-16.30 durante i
quali potrete rivolgervi al mio ufficio anche per questioni riguardanti la
Reception.

La settimana dal 5 al 9 agosto la Reception rimarrà aperta con orario 8.30
16.30 e resterà chiusa, ad eccezione di sabato 10/08 e sabato 17/08 in cui
sarà aperta regolarmente con turno 9.00-17.30, da lunedì 12/08 a lunedì
2/09.

Vi segnalo che, come sempre, sulla porta della Reception troverete indicati
i numeri di telefono delle persone in reperibilità durante gli orari di
chiusura degli uffici da contattare solo in caso di emergenza.

Vi informo inoltre che nella settimana 12/08-16/08 la Reception sarà chiusa
e, anche in questo caso, troverete i contatti utili delle persone in
reperibilità.

I would like to inform you that the Residence Secretariat Office will close
on Friday, August 2 and will reopen on Monday, August 19, and throughout the
period from August 19 to 30/08, excluding Saturdays and Sundays, will
observe the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. during which you may also
contact my office for matters concerning the Reception.

The week of August 5-9, the Reception will be open 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
and will be closed, with the exception of Saturday 10/08 and Saturday 17/08
when it will be open regularly on a 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. shift, from Monday
12/08 to Monday 2/09.

I would like to inform you that, as always, on the door of the Reception
you will find indicated the phone numbers of people on call during office
closing hours to be contacted only in case of emergency.

I would also like to inform you that during the week 12/08-16/08 the
Reception will be closed and, again, you will find the useful contacts of
the people on call.
