Cari tutti,

innanzitutto colgo l’occasione per dare ufficialmente il benvenuto a tutti i
nuovi alunni, spero possiate trascorrere un sereno anno accademico e trovare
in Residenza una comunità collegiale accogliente.

Essendo all’inizio del nuovo anno accademico ci tengo a precisare, per i
nuovi, e ribadire, per tutti gli altri studenti, alcune informazioni utili
per vivere al meglio all’interno della nostra realtà.

Pulizia

Lo staff Pellegrini pulisce le vostre camere una volta alla settimana,
ricordatevi cortesemente di lasciare i pavimenti e i piani sgombri da
oggetti per consentire un’adeguata pulizia. Si ricorda inoltre che se le
camere dovessero venire trovate in uno stato non adeguato e non decoroso per
poter essere pulite, la pulizia della settimana verrà saltata. Il cambio
della biancheria da letto e da bagno è a vostro carico.

Non è possibile fermarsi in camera durante la pulizia.

Le cucine attigue alle vostre camere vengono pulite due volte la settimana.
la pulizia quotidiana spetta però a voi, dopo ogni utilizzo le cucine devono
essere lasciate in ordine e pulite nel rispetto di tutti.

Raccolta differenziata

Come avrete già potuto notare, all’interno di ogni cucina si trovano tre
bidoni per poter smaltire in modo corretto i rifiuti. In caso di dubbi
leggete attentamente i cartelli posti sopra ogni bidone. Il bidone per la
raccolta della carta si trova invece nei locali di servizio, uno per piano
(1 piano nel corridoio 114-119 – 2 piano nel corridoio 213-218). Siete
quindi pregati di non lasciare e di non accumulare rifiuti cartacei
all’interno delle cucine.

Questi bidoni vengono regolarmente svuotati dal nostro staff.

Per quanto invece riguarda il vetro, dovete provvedere in maniera autonoma
al suo smaltimento utilizzando la campana verde apposita collocata fuori dal
cancello della Residenza. Anche qui, ricordatevi di non ammucchiare vetro
all’interno delle cucine ma di organizzarvi per smaltirlo regolarmente.

Lavanderia

In Residenza si trovano due locali lavanderia attrezzati per poter lavare e
stendere il proprio bucato (una lavanderia si trova al primo piano e l’altra
al secondo). Ogni lavaggio ha un costo di due euro ed è già comprensivo di
detergente igienizzante apposito, siete pregati di non aggiungere altri
detersivi.

Per l’utilizzo e i turni, gruppo whatsapp dei ragazzi della Residenza.

Potete segnalare guasti e malfunzionamenti al Sig. Damiano Cavallari

Reperibilità diurna e notturna

Quando i nostri uffici sono chiusi vedrete indicato sulla porta della
Reception il numero della persona in reperibilità da contattare
esclusivamente in caso di emergenza.

Durante le ore notturne, dalla 21.00 alle 9.00, è sempre reperibile la
custode Antonia Rubizela Perez che vive in Residenza (appartamento vicino
alla Reception) il cui numero di telefono è +39 3291437524.

Pernottamento in struttura

Da regolamento e per motivi di sicurezza, è fondamentale comunicare le
proprie assenze e se non si pernotta in Residenza. lo potete segnalare
direttamente ai nostri uffici o per email a
biomedica.reception a collegiosanatacaterina.it
<mailto:biomedica.reception a collegiosanatacaterina.it>  in modo da poterne
prendere nota.

Assenze prolungate (più settimane, un  mese o più) andranno invece segnalate
e motivate, in modo da poterci confrontare e capire se ci siano eventuali
problematiche, direttamente a me.

Mi sembra di avervi dato le principali indicazioni, ma resto ovviamente
sempre disponibile nel caso abbiate dubbi o necessitiate di altre info.

Dear all,

first of all I would like to take this opportunity to officially welcome all
new alumni, I hope you will have a peaceful academic year and find a
welcoming collegiate community in the Residence.

As we are at the beginning of the new academic year, I would like to point
out, for the new ones, and reiterate, for all other students, some useful
information to live in the best possible way within our reality.

Cleaning

Pellegrini staff cleans your rooms once a week, please remember to kindly
leave floors and floors clear of objects to allow for proper cleaning.
Please also remember that if rooms are found to be in an unsuitable and
undecent state to be cleaned, the week's cleaning will be skipped. Change of
bed and bath linens is your responsibility.

It is not possible to stay in your room during cleaning.

The kitchens adjoining your rooms are cleaned twice a week. however, daily
cleaning is up to you, after each use the kitchens must be left tidy and
clean in respect of everyone.

Recycling

As you may have already noticed, there are three bins inside each kitchen so
that you can properly dispose of your waste. If in doubt, carefully read the
signs placed above each bin. In contrast, the paper collection bin is
located in the service rooms, one on each floor (1 floor in corridor 114-119
- 2 floor in corridor 213-218). Therefore, you are requested not to leave
and accumulate paper waste inside the kitchens.

These bins are regularly emptied by our staff.

As for glass, on the other hand, you must dispose of it yourself using the
designated green bin located outside the Residence gate. Again, please
remember not to pile glass inside the kitchens but to make arrangements to
dispose of it regularly.

Laundry room

There are two laundry rooms in the Residence equipped for you to wash and
hang out your laundry (one laundry room is located on the second floor and
the other on the second floor). Each wash costs two euros and already
includes the appropriate sanitizing detergent; please do not add other
detergents.

Day and nighttime availability

When our offices are closed you will see listed on the Reception door the
number of the person on call to be contacted only in case of emergency.

During night hours, from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m., the janitor Antonia Rubizela
Perez who lives in the Residence (apartment next to the Reception) whose
phone number is +39 3291437524 is always on call.

Overnight stay in the Residence

By regulation and for safety reasons, it is essential to report your
absences and if you are not staying overnight in the Residence Hall. you can
report this directly to our offices or by email to

note.

Extended absences (several weeks, a month or more) should instead be
reported and justified, so that we can compare and understand if there are
any issues, directly to me.
