[Residenzabiomedica] Settimana di prova servizio mensa con PlanEat

Carissimi,

vi scrivo questa email a seguito della riunione di ieri sera con i
Responsabili di PlanEat (in allegato un file informativo sui servizi
erogati) di cui spero siate già stati tutti informati e aggiornati dai
rappresentanti.

Si è deciso di fare una settimana di prova del loro servizio di
distribuzione pasti e questo servizio sarà organizzato per la settimana dal
22 giugno al 26 giugno.

Inizio ad inviarvi il link al Google form chiedendovi di compilarlo entro
domani mattina, mercoledì 10 giugno, in modo da avere l’elenco degli
studenti che aderiranno alla settimana di prova

Procederò poi a registrami sul loro portale per poter poi caricare il file
con gli indirizzi email degli studenti che aderiranno

Gli studenti che aderiranno riceveranno poi un’email per essere abilitati al
servizio.

La prossima settimana vi inverò anche le indicazioni da seguire per ordinare
il pranzo dal 22 al 26 giugno. Durante tale settimana il servizio sarà
gratuito.

Dear All,

I am writing this email following last evening’s meeting with the
representatives from PlanEat (attached is an informational file on the
services they provide), about which I hope you have all already been
informed and updated by your representatives.

It has been decided to conduct a one-week trial of their meal delivery
service, which will take place from June 22 to June 26.

I am sending you the link to the Google Form and asking you to fill it out
by tomorrow morning, Wednesday, June 10, so that we can have a list of the
students who will participate in the trial week

I will then register on their portal so I can upload the file with the email
addresses of the students who are participating.

The students who sign up will then receive an email to activate their access
to the service.

Next week, I will also send you instructions on how to order lunch from June
22 to 26. During that week, the service will be free of charge.
