We thank you for being our valued business partner. HCL strives for timely invoice processing and payment of invoices and this will only be possible with your support.

We analysed and checked that your account is registered with HCL on ARIBA Portal. All our vendors need to submit their invoices though ARIBA portal, this is to implement the timely invoice processing and payments.
HCL will only be accepting invoices through ARIBA postal. However we will make sure you will be trained on how to submit invoices on ARIBA portal. We will conduct the training as on 25th August 2021


You have Enterprise account which is Chargeable, refer the attached file to know the charges of enterprise account. Page 6 contains the full explanation of charges as per transactions.
