[Segreteria.iii] Important Notification for our EU Customers - Mini-Circuits Europe New Legal Entity

Dear Customer
As you may be aware, following the UK's exit from the EU Mini-Circuits Europe has been routing deliveries to the EU via a logistics partner located in Germany. This step was taken to ensure that we could continue to support our EU customers with DDP delivery terms. Although this has been very successful we have been working to identify ways we can improve our service, focussing on the transportation time in particular. As a result of this work we have concluded that the DHL Break-Bulk-Express (BBX) service is the ideal solution for our transportation needs. However, to adopt this service for deliveries to the EU it is necessary for us to transition our EU sales order activities from the Mini-Circuits Europe offices in the UK to our offices in the Netherlands. The Mini-Circuits Europe team in the UK will continue the processing and administration of your orders; your contacts in Sales, Finance and Technical Support will remain unchanged.
The new service will go live on the 3rd January 2023, orders placed prior to this will continue to ship through our German logistics partner until 31st March 2023. If you have open orders with confirmed delivery dates beyond this deadline we would like to ask you to pull in your delivery schedule. If this is not possible it will be necessary to place a new order with Mini-Circuits Europe NL.
During the transition period it may be possible for Mini-Circuits Europe in the UK to continue to accept orders with delivery to the EU if the deliveries can be completed prior to the 31st March. However, as this will subject to product availability, we will not be able to guarantee this.
