Dear Carola,
I'm happy to help with the research visa procedure.

First of all the Department should approve your research project, then
you'll have to sign a Reception agreement. This is the document we need to
present to the Immigration Office.

Is it correct that your are coming at your own expenses ? In this case we
should specify the montly income you have from your University.

If you do not have the Italian fiscal code (or Tax code), we'll ask on your
behalf.
Please send me a copy of your passport.

My materials for Nulla Osta are as below:

- Marital status (single / married/ separated / divorced);

Married

- Current place of residence;

No.4, Section 2, North Jianshe Road, Chengdu, 610054, P.R. China

 - University an Department of  reference,  date (dd / mm / yy) and year of
graduation degree;

Now I am full professor of School of Electronic Science and Engineering,
University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu 610054,
China

I have achieved Phd degree from Tsinghua university July 11, 2013

 - Accommodation where the researcher is going to stay in Pavia;

I have plan to apply dormitory from biomedical or Volta.

- The period of the research project (start and end);

The period of the research project starts from *20 Dec. 2022* to *20 Dec.
2023*

- The address where the research project will take place;

The Integrated Microsystem (IMS) research group in University of Pavia.

If you need other information, please contact me. By the way, How long can
I achieve the nulla osta in general?
