Good morning,
as I explained in the previous email I am not in charge of contract
administration at the University of Pavia so I cannot really assist with
that.
As for the the Communication Center, you can access your project via the EU
Portal. In "Process communications" you will find a yellow tab "New
Communication".
However, if you prefer I can take care of contacting the Project Officer,
