Dear Eleonora,
Please find attached the 2025 KDT Variable Contribution invoice for KDT Call 2021 and Call 2022 projects, POs included.
In accordance with the AENEAS Internal Regulations, all Members participating in KDT project(s) have agreed to pay a Variable Contribution per project in 3 instalments over 3 consecutive years, which is needed to bear the costs of AENEAS and to partake in the running costs of the KDT JU.
Following the General Assembly of November 2024, the 2025 Variable Contribution for AENEAS Members has been approved at 1.8% of the Maximum Possible Funding.
For changes to the Maximum Possible Funding, kindly contact us with a copy of an official documentation, and adjustments will be made retrospectively in subsequent invoices.
At present we only send electronic invoices but if you wish to have a paper copy, please send your request or any query to invoice a aeneas-office.org.

In accordance with Clause 1 of the AENEAS Internal Regulations, all Members participating in KDT project(s) have agreed to pay a Variable Contribution per project in 3 instalments over 3 consecutive years.
Following the General Assembly of November 2024, the 2025 Variable Contribution for AENEAS Members has been approved at 1.8% of the Maximum Possible Funding.
Please note that we have taken into account that the final invoices will need to be split as per the agreed terms.
The final invoices will be sent out as of 3rd of March 2025.
Kindly check the attached proforma and provide us with a PO by the 28th February 2025, if you want it included in the final invoices.
