[Segreteria.iii] GUIDE-AI Update: Grant Preparation & Next Steps

Cari tutti,
vi ringrazio per i vari feedback sul Consortium Agreement, che sono stati
integrati dai colleghi che coordinano il consorzio.
Allego la versione attuale "pulita" (pending alcuni punti che si stanno
chiarendo in queste ore).
IMPORTANTE: con questa mail avvertirei anche i firmatari (il nostro
direttore @Paolo Di Barba <paolo.dibarba a unipv.it> a quanto ho capito e'
sufficiente) di tenersi pronti a una firma molto veloce, da perfezionare
entro la prossima settimana.
la ragione e' che, per iniziare il progetto il 1o Gennaio 2026 come ci
siamo prefissati, il grant agreement vada firmato entro l'8 Dicembre, per
lasciare alla Commissione Europea poi le canoniche 2 settimane per rivedere
il tutto e controfirmare.
In breve, il processo:
1) entro questa settimana chiederanno di rilasciare il GA per firma del
coordinatore (Charite')
2) a valle di quello anche tutti gli altri partner, UNIPV inclusa, dovranno
firmare il GA --> scadenza 8 Dicembre
3) la European Commission avra' 2 settimane per rivedere il documento e
dare final approval
4) partenza ufficiale progetto 1 Gennaio 2026
