To my knowledge, we have not received yet the packaged chips from the run S13V25_1 (in HCMOS9A technology), but they should arrive soon – I’m hopeful that I’ll be able to send them to you at the beginning of September. Thank you for your submission and apologies for my delayed response.

You will find the report and result files following the DRC run on your design GRAPHIR in the DRC tab of your account. You can also download the gds file of the design after layout finishing in the attachment tab.

There is only one error to correct, which is to add protection diodes connected to the highlighted gates that might break down during the process due to excessively long AluCap lines connected to these gates.

You are encouraged to resubmit a new version at the beginning of next week.

I have two questions:

1) I started filling out the order form in the MyCIMEP platform. When I have to enter the Packaging section, I choose Standard wirebond and then JLCC I find an empty list for Packaging/service to be used, which is a mandatory field and, hence, I cannot proceed with the form. We would like to be able to choose a JLCC 68 package. What should I do? The only way to proceed is to omit completely the packaging section…..

2) Will the deadline of Jan 10 be strict? Will there be any margin?

The CLA/NDA for the HCMOS9A expired in 2019. It is therefore necessary to renew the access. Please, fill in a new request on our platform. The current version of the PDK is 11.9A. This new PDK is delivered in full layout views. Thus, you will have access to both layout and schematic views. This should fix the parasitic extraction problem as well.

For taping out a chip in this technology we would need access to the layout and schematic views for these libraries. Is it possible to get access to the complete libraries?
