Dear Supplier,

the attached invoice does not match with the NO PO No Pay policy at ABB
since there is no purchase number in the document.

We kindly ask you to let us know the order number associated with the
invoice sent or to contact the contact person in ABB with whom you have
agreed to purchase the goods or the provision of your services for the
issuance of the order

In view of the above, we kindly request the issuance of a credit note for
the attached invoice, as well as the preparation of a corrected invoice
including the PO number.
