[Segreteria.iii] Periodo estero - NUOVE DISPOSIZIONI

Buongiorno a tutti,

vi invio le nuove disposizioni per chiedere, da ora in avanti,
l'autorizzazione ad effettuare il periodo all'estero:



1) caricare la richiesta di autorizzazione all'estero su *Ugov missioni *
utilizzando* TIPO RICHIESTA - RIMBORSO SPESE MOBILITA' DOTTORANDI* e
indicando la durata di 1 mese; così facendo

sarà possibile caricare altre richieste di autorizzazione di missioni (ad
esempio per partecipare a conferenze) durante lo svolgimento del periodo
all’estero.



2) qualora fossero state sostenute ulteriori spese durante il soggiorno
all’estero, è possibile aprire un’altra richiesta di autorizzazione  prima
della data del rientro utilizzando lo stesso *TIPO RICHIESTA - RIMBORSO
SPESE MOBILITA' DOTTORANDI*





Dear students,

I am sending you the new procedures for requesting authorisation to carry
out periods abroad from now on:

1) upload the request for authorisation to travel abroad to Ugov missions
using *TIPO RICHIESTA - RIMBORSO SPESE MOBILITA' DOTTORANDI* indicating a
duration of 1 month

We suggest a duration of 1 month, as this allows you to submit additional
requests for mission authorisation (e.g. to attend conferences) during your
period abroad.

2) before the end of the period abroad, it is possible to submit another
request for authorisation if additional expenses incurred during the period
abroad, using the same* TIPO RICHIESTA - RIMBORSO SPESE MOBILITA'
DOTTORANDI*
