[Segreteria.iii] Inquiry on next steps - Modulo ASI Scholarship

Dear Sir/Madam:
I am writing regarding the public competition for the "Modulo ASI"
scholarships (Bando Rep. 401/2026, prot. n. 92.199 of 25/05/2026).
I have seen that in the ranking approved by decree (Prot. n. 0119585 of
02/07/2026) I am listed among the designated students for the scholarship.
However, I have not yet received the official email communication regarding
the award of the scholarship.
As indicated in the call, the awardee must submit the unconditional
acceptance of the scholarship to the Director within 10 days of receiving
the notification email, under penalty of forfeiture. Given that the results
were published on 02/07/2026 and this 10-day period is therefore about to
elapse, I would kindly ask you to clarify whether I should simply wait for
the official notification email, or whether I should proceed directly to
submit my acceptance, and if so, to whom and through which channel this
should be addressed.
