Further to Séverine’s previous message, please find attached the credit notes cancelling the previously issued invoices 2026-341 (EcoMobility), 2026-342 (NeAIxt), and 2026-343 (STARLight).
Kindly note that I will send the new reissued invoices, including the corresponding PO numbers and updated dates, in my following email.

Please find attached the 2026 KDT and/or Chips JU ECS Variable Contribution invoice(s) pertaining to projects funded under KDT Calls 2021, 2022, and 2023, and/or Chips JU ECS Call 2024.
In accordance with the AENEAS Internal Regulations, all Members participating in KDT and Chips JU ECS project(s) have agreed to pay a Variable Contribution per project. This is needed to partake in the running costs of the Chips JU and to contribute to the cost of AENEAS services.
Each project is invoiced in 3 instalments over 3 consecutive years, and the 2026 instalment has been approved at 1.8% of the Maximum Possible Funding by the General Assembly of November 2025.
For changes to the Maximum Possible Funding, kindly contact us with a copy of an official documentation, and adjustments will be made retrospectively in subsequent invoices.
At present we only send electronic invoices but if you wish to have a paper copy, please send your request or any query to invoice a aeneas-office.org<mailto:invoice a aeneas-office.org>.
