Dear Ph. D. Students,

please find attached the information (flyer and syllabus) on the course DEVICE PHYSICS FOR IC DESIGNERS by Prof. Alessandro Piovaccari that will start next Monday May 13 at 10:00 at Collegio Borromeo.

As you can see the course, worth 3 credits, is quite infesting and, although being a course for the master in Electronic Engineering, the credits cannot be used in category 1a, they can be used for categories 1b,c or 1d.

The course is only in presence at Collegio Borromeo. Therefore, obviously, only students located in Pavia or close by can participate.
