[Comunicazione.dottorandi] Important: problem with PhD scholarship payment

Dear PhD Student,

We were recently informed that a problem arose during the change of the
University bank: without our knowledge, *PhD students' Ateneo+ bank
accounts were set by default for the scholarship payment, replacing the
bank data entered by each student.* We are very sorry for the
inconvenience, as we understand this is causing issues to many of you in
accessing your funds.
First, if you haven't already done so, please enter the correct bank data
again in your Personal Area (Home > Personal data > Reimbursement
information) to ensure future payments are made on the right account. Then,
since last month’s payment was credited in your Ateneo+ card (BPER bank
account), you can make a bank transfer to your personal account, free of
charge. To do so, you must download the bank app (BPER) and log in. In case
of problems while accessing your Ateneo+ account, please find below some
indication on how to get assistance from BPER staff:

*Students can access the "Trouble logging in?" ("Problemi di accesso?" in
> Italian) feature, available on both the app and the web version. This
> section offers guided steps for recovering:*
