I hope this email finds you safe and well.

With apologies for possible cross-postings: Monica Musso (Bath), Angela
Pistoia (Rome) and Miles Wheeler (Bath)  are setting up an international
online PDE seminar as a contribution to keeping our community connected in
these difficult times — the One World PDE Seminar. The short-term goal is
to provide access to a seminar for as many researchers as possible,
bringing a sense of normality and academic closeness. There is a successful
seminar of this type already run in Probability, with an audience of more

The plan is to hold the seminar every Tuesday with two consecutive
45-minute talks at 3pm and 4pm UK time. The seminars will take place online
via the free webinar tool Zoom. Follow the information and link on the

and just tune in. There is no need to register or to announce your
presence, and we have capacity for an audience of up to 1000 viewers.

The first two talks are this coming Tuesday, 31 March, by

   Susanna Terracini, Universitá di Torino, and
   Manuel del Pino, University of Bath.

There is a mailing list from which speakers for Thursday are announced (no
other emails will be coming through this list). If you are interested in
the one world seminar, please send an empty email with subject "subscribe
owpde YOUR NAME HERE" to sympa a lists.bath.ac.uk.
