[Dottorcomp] Poster info and Registration CompMat Spring Workshop 2024

Dear all,

we are finalizing the program for the CompMat Spring Workshop, which will
be held on *8 May* in the *Aula Magna*.


The *poster session* has been scheduled during the lunch break (12.30-14.30
ca), in order to create a more relaxed and casual environment. Here follows
some details:

   - each poster will be printed in A0 size;
   - to ease the reimbursement process, we will collect and print
   altogether all the posters: for this reason, you are required to* sent
   us the pdf before April 25*. Please stick with the deadline. You will
   find the poster already hang on the support on the day of the workshop;
   - if anyone has problems with the poster, please let us know as soon as
   possible. With the kind help of some PhD students, a template has been
   created to facilitate those who have never presented a poster before.
