Good morning,
as for the issues related to the contract, I think you are already in touch
with Dr. Marco Caiani.
I can only answer in relation to the amendment procedure, which has to take
place as soon as possible if you intend to postpone the start of your
project, irrespective of the contractual situation.
In this sense, you should notify to the Project Officer your intention via
the Communication Center and explain the reasons leading to the request and
open the amendment procedure.
