as for the issues related to the contract, I think you are already in touch with Dr. Marco Caiani.
I can only answer in relation to the amendment procedure, which has to take place as soon as possible if you intend to postpone the start of your project, irrespective of the contractual situation.
In this sense, you should notify to the Project Officer your intention via the Communication Center and explain the reasons leading to the request and open the amendment procedure.

        Since the University of Pavia has not yet offered me a job contract, I am not able to go through the various procedures including the suspension of my current university career. Furthermore, it will take some time to complete the procedures for suspending my university career, as it will require the approval of many departments in my university.      I  need you to provide me with a contract first and I'll start the appropriate approval process of  suspending my career in current university.




     It is very important that you sympathize with my current difficulties. Otherwise, it will be very difficult for me to move forward with the procedures of suspending my position and my career in current university,  and going to work full time at the University of Pavia. - in order to send you the final contract the department colleagues (here in cc segreteria.iii a unipv.it) will need documents that certifies the suspension of your career at your University;
- if you need to postpone the beginning of this MSC contract, most likely you will have to request an amendment to the grant. Donato Gualtieri (donato.gualtieri a unipv.it), here in cc, could help you, in needed, with this issue

Below you will find the estimated calculation of your monthly net salary. 
Living Allowance ¢ã 118.750,08 2y gross salary --> monthly gross salary ¢ã 4.947,92  ---->  monthly net salary   ¢ã 3.542,80
Mobility Allowance ¢ã 14.400 2y gross salary   ---->   monthly gross salary   ¢ã 600 ---->  monthly net salary   ¢ã 429,61
Family Allowance ¢ã 15.840  2y gross salary   ---->   monthly gross salary   ¢ã 660 ----> monthly net salary   ¢ã 472,57



The exact amount could change slightly in the event of a change in tax percentages between now and the start of the activities, but in this case the changes would be very minimal (less than 1%). Please attach again the copy of your passport.

 

Before sign the form please, insert the subject of the Degree and of the PhD Degree.

You also have to indicate the grade (vote).

 

Don¡¯t worry for the Italian Tax Code because we are asking it for you.

 

Please note that we can¡¯t proceed with the signature of the contract until you request for a suspension of your activities at your Institution.
