We are delighted to invite you to the inaugural event of the newly
established *UNIMIB SIAM Student Chapter

To mark the beginning of our activities, we are hosting a seminar
titled *"Matematica
in azione: Conservation Laws"

*Wednesday, April 1st*, at *4:45 PM* in *Room U1-02.*

We will dive into the world of conservation laws with:

   -

   *Davide Meroni* (University of Milano-Bicocca), presenting "*ARZ-type
   model of vehicular traffic with local constrained flow"*;
   -

   *Andrea Salvadori* (University of L’Aquila / University of Tours),
   presenting "*General Non Local Balance Laws: from Clustering to
   Cryptography".*

Please find the abstract and poster attached for further details.

Beyond the academic talks, this will be a wonderful opportunity to
introduce the Chapter’s mission and for us to get to know one another. We
look forward to seeing many of you there!
